NTT DATA launches agentic AI for insurance workflows
NTT DATA has introduced an agentic AI solution on its AIVista platform to support underwriting, claims and customer service workflows for insurers. The offering combines configurable AI agents, insurance-specific data models, workflow orchestration and governance controls, and can integrate with existing insurer systems, the publisher reports.
